The Coalition office is in the Twentynine Palms Branch Library.

Board meetings are held at 7:00 a.m., the 4th Tuesday of the month, except December, at the Copper Mountain Community College Library.

The MBCAL is a United Way Agency, a recipient of Elsinore Machris Gilliland and Wal-Mart Foundation grants, and is affiliated with ProLiteracy America.
